Service Description
An hour of live sound in my Flower Mound garage studio. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle percussion. You lie down, close your eyes, and do nothing for 60 minutes. No guided meditation, no breathwork, no talking. Everything is provided: mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask. Wear something comfortable. Phones off. No experience needed. Three monthly rhythms, pick the one that fits your life: The Pause: Wednesday morning, 10:00 to 11:00 AM, fourth Wednesday of the month. The Unwind: Friday nights, 7:00 to 8:00 PM, second Friday of the month. The Cocoon: Sunday afternoons, 4:00 to 5:00 PM, fourth Sunday of the month. $30 per person. First visit $20 with code FIRST20. Groups are capped at 5 spots and fill fast. Address shared after registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Life happens - we get it. You can cancel or reschedule any booking up to 24 hours before your session for a full credit toward a future class. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable, since our classes are intentionally small and your spot is held just for you. No-shows are charged in full. Late Arrivals: Doors open 15 minutes before each class. Out of respect for the experience and everyone in the room, we are unable to admit late arrivals once a session has begun. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early and settle in.
