Rooted is what happens when wellness stops taking itself so seriously.

I worked in corporate for about 16 years. Along the way, I started picking up little practices here and there - sound, breath, slowing down for a few minutes when I could. None of it was big or dramatic. But over time, it started to actually change how I felt day to day. Eventually, I wanted to build a space where other people could find that too.

I kept noticing something at wellness events. People would show up, have a really nice experience, and then just… leave. Quiet, alone, no one to talk to about it. That always felt like a missed opportunity to me. So when I started building Rooted, I wanted it to come with community built in - a little hangout before, a little hangout after, mocktails, real conversations, the kind of place where you actually meet the person sitting next to you.

Rooted is just getting started - sound baths, celebration circles, and a few new things on the way. Whatever the event, there’s always a hangout built in, because the practice matters, and so do the people you share it with. Come early, stay late, take what you need, leave the rest. No pressure to be anyone other than exactly who you are.

Come hang out. There’s always something on the calendar.
